16+1合作协议推动"一带一路"倡议发展的方法

本书基本上以实地调研和访谈为依托，并根据每年一度针对欧洲国家精英开展的“一带一路”问卷调查为基底，以风险评估为主要研究内容和研究特色，以政策建议为报告的亮点，集中为“一带一路”倡议在欧洲的布局提供理论和实践参考。本书靠前章介绍了欧洲对“一带一路”倡议的回应；第二章为欧洲精英对“一带一路”倡议的看法问卷调查；第三章介绍了“一带一路”倡议在欧洲面临的风险评估；第四章对欧洲“一带一路”倡议的回应提出政策建议。

黄平，现任中国社科院欧洲研究所所长、研究员、《读书》执行主编等。优选学位：哲学博士，经济学类社会学专业(伦敦大学伦敦经济政治学院[1991])；很后学历：博士研究生(伦敦经济政治学院[LSE]，知识与发展社会学专业)。
刘作奎，历史学博士，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所中东欧研究室主任、副研究员，中国靠前问题研究基金会研究员，中国社科院地区安全研究中心研究员。研究专长：政治学、社会学、历史学研究方向：欧洲研究（中东欧问题、中欧关系、巴尔干问题）、社会调查统计与分析、发达国家电子治理（虚拟治理）。
