何瑛，研究万向：公司财务管理、价值管理与资本运营工作单位：北京邮电大学经济管理学院，为EMBA、MBA、项目管理硕士、研究生和本科生讲授财务管理、成本管理会计、跨国公司财务管理、价值评估和管理等课程 理论研究：多年来致力于财务管理、价值管理与资本运营等领域的研究，先后在国家核心刊物和国际会议上发表论文数十篇，出版专著《虚拟团队管理：理论基础、运行机制实证研究》、《电信运营企业财务转型》，翻译《战略管理会计》、《追寻股东价值》、《关键管理指标》、《公司理财》、《财务会计与报告》、《金融衍生工具与内部模型》等10多部著作，参编工商管理教材《现代企业财务管理》、《全面预算管理》和《现代管理公需教材》等，参与国家自然科学基金项目《中国经济±曾长数据可信度的检验研究》和国家863项目《手机新型操作系统、应用平台和中间件的发展策略研究》，负责 人文社科青年基本项目《电信运营商的财务转型研究》、中央高校基本科研业务费项目《电信运营企业现金流管控模型及财务竞争力综合评价研究》和 信息管理与信息经济学重点实验室开放基金课题《电信运营企业精细化管理研究》等，并负责和主研多项横向企业项目，获得一致好评。 实践经验：1997年，硕士研究生毕业分配到中关村最优秀的企业——联想集团财务部工作，担任项目经理，主要负责公司的财务分析、财务计划和全面预算管理等工作另外，自2000年以来参与了咨询公司的工作，为公司制定财务战略和商业计划书，协助公司制定财务预算和财务计划，以及一些投资项目的可行性计划，还为上市公司提供全面预算管理、综合绩效管理、投资和融资管理、现代成本管理等方面的咨询和课程培训等培训对象包括：中围移动、中国电信、中周联通、中围石化、用友软件、民生银行、摩托罗拉大学、中央财经大学财务总监班等。培训课程包括：《企业财务报表分析与风险防范》、《经营视角的财务管理》、《战略财务与脊本运营》等。
