崔佳颖,经济学博士,专业方向为组织行为与人力资源管理,多年从事企业管理培训及咨询等工作,现在首都经济贸易大学工商管理学院任教,主要讲授组织行为学、管理沟通等课程。 曾为中国建设银行总行、国家开发银行、工商银行北京分行等多家大型企业,多家政府部门提供“有效沟通”、“提升员工沟通力”、“危机中的沟通”,以及“领导力与执行力提升”等方面的咨询和培训课程。 近年来在《经济管理——新管理》、《人口与经济》、《人力资源开发》等国家权威及核心期刊上发表《领导的双要素与沟通》、《从惠普文化看有效沟通》、《管理沟通理论的历史演变与发展》等多篇论文,在管理沟通、领导力等方面取得一定的研究成果。
