中国-拉丁美洲和加勒比国家共建一带一路发展报告(英文版)/中社智库

2023年是共建“一带一路 ”倡议提出十周年。秉持共 商共建共享原则，拉丁美洲 和加勒比国家积极热烈响应 ，成为共建“一带一路”倡议 不可或缺的重要参与方。随 着高质量共建“一带一路”关 系走深走实，中拉关系迈入 新的发展阶段，为南南合作 树立了典范。尤其是“顶层 设计”让资源禀赋、经济结 构高度互补的中拉“天然合 作伙伴”关系发展驶入快车 道。在共建“一带一路”倡议 的统领下，中拉“五通”合作 取得了丰硕的成果，合作红 利切实造福彼此社会经济发 展和双方的民生福祉，不断 满足中拉双方人民对美好生 活的共同追求。展望未来， 中国与拉美和加勒比国家应 进一步推动政治互信和战略 对接，不断加强契合社会发 展需求的互联互通，加快构 建绿色经济纽带，努力建设 更为开放包容的贸易投资环 境，持续深化卫生健康共同 体建设，为夯实中拉全面合 作伙伴关系、构建中拉命运 共同体作出新的更大贡献。
