中国促进国际法治报告(2015年)(英文版)

本书是《中国促进国际法治报告（2015年）》的 英文版，由曾令良、冯洁菡主编，旨在系统梳理近年 来国际法治的新发展，着重阐述中国在国际法治的各 个重要领域所表明的理念、坚持的原则和立场，以及 采取的具体行动，系统展示了中国对促进国际法治做 出的重要贡献。全书由中国与国家间关系法治、中国 与国际经济关系法治、中国与国际民商事法治、系统 阐述中国国际法的教学和传播四部分组成。

冯洁菡，女，1971年生，广东省茂名市人，武汉大学法学院教授。武汉大学人权研究院副院长。代表性著作有：《公共健康与知识产权国际保护问题研究》、《公共健康危机与WTO知识产权制度的改革——以TRlPS协议为中心》、《国际法》（译著）等。 曾令良，男，1956年出生，武汉大学人文社科资深教授、博士生导师，现任武汉大学国际法研究所所长、 长江学者特聘教授、欧洲联盟让－莫内讲席教授。兼任中国国际法学会副会长、中国国际经济法学会副会长、中国欧洲法律研究会会长、中国世界贸易组织法研究会副会长、湖北省国际法研究会会长等职。曾获国家级优秀教学成果一等奖、全国普通高校人文社会科学研究成果一等奖、被评为第二届全国十大杰出中青年法学家。代表性著作有《欧洲共同体与现代国际法》及其繁体中文修订版《欧洲联盟与现代国际法》、《世界贸易组织法》、《欧洲联盟法总论》、《中国和平发展重大前沿国际法律问题研究》等。
