本书从心理学和脑科学 两个方面对中国外语学习者 的学业延迟满足、自我调节 学习、未来时间洞察力这三 个对学生学业成就具有重要 影响的因素进行了全面研究 :第一,本书从对学业延迟 满足、自我调节学习、未来 时间洞察力的概念和研究发 展等情况进行了文献综述; 第二,根据中国外语学习者 的特点编制了学业延迟满足 和自我调节学习策略的专用 量表,并通过统计验证了量 表的信度和效度;第三,通 过问卷调查、访谈、记录、 测试实验等方法调查并分析 了三要素之间的相互关系, 以及每个要素对外语学习者 听说读写译五项成绩的影响 ,并设计了因果关系模型图 ,验证了三要素之间的因果 关系,以及它们是如何交互 作用干外语学习者的学业成 绩的;第四,通过对先前研 究的汇总,归纳了学业延迟 满足、自我调节学习和未来 时间洞察力的神经机制;第 五,根据本书的系列结论, 对外语教师提出建议,并且 针对学生的学习拖延行为提 出了相关解决的对策。
