民航商务英语

本书紧密结合民航服务工作实际，根据民航不同岗位要求，将工作中的常用的专业词汇、短语、句子进行详细总结，并编写成对话及课文，内容贴近工作实际。全书采用情境模拟、任务驱动的体例来编写案例，使学生在模拟对话、阅读文章和完成任务的同时掌握基础专业知识，提高航空英语的运用能力和交际能力。全书分为九个单元，每个单元分为若干任务，每个任务下分为导入、对话、词汇及短语、专业句子、练习和阅读六部分。本书可作为高等院校民航服务专业的英语教材，也可作为民航从业人员的参考书。

翟静，生于1982年01月，硕士研究生、副教授、中共党员。毕业于辽宁师范大学课程与教学论（旅游管理），2008年6月参加工作，2009年9月获得高校教师资格证，现任旅游管理学院空中乘务专业主任。2008年7月至今，工作于辽宁现代服务职业技术学院，担任专业主任11年。
