语言社会与文化(21世纪内容语言融合CLI系列英语教材)

《语言、社会与文化》是在内容与语言融合外语教育理念指导下，依托国家社科基金项目“内容教学法理论指导下英语专业整体课程体系改革与实践研究”推出的内容依托式系列英语教材之一。 本教材不仅可以作为我国高校英语专业语言学方向的学生必修或选修课程教材，同时也会对语言学相关话题感兴趣的英语学习者和研究者具有一定参考价值。 本教材具有以下特色： ● 遵循内容与语言融合的外语教育理念 在每个单元的主课文后设有Knowledge Focus, Language Focus和Comprehensive Work三个板块的练习，分别从内容和语言两个方面对本单元的核心内容进行总结，并在相关内容的基础上进行拓展，即加深学生对于本单元内容的理解也提高学生的综合语言水平。练习的设置有助于学生在使用教材的过程中，实现知识体系构建和语言技能训练的同步提高。 ● 实现知识体系构建和语言技能训练的有机结合 教材摒弃对知识内容的直接呈现，设计多样化的教学活动，培养学生自主获取知识、发现问题和解决问题的能力。教材第一部分是对课程的导入，包括语言与社会、语言与文化以及语言与性别的关系。 第二部分的内容涉及语言的不同层面在一定的社会文化环境下表现出来的特征，包括词语、习语、隐喻、委婉语、禁忌语及语篇。第三部分的内容讨论相关的理论及观点，如文化相对主义、语言相对论、语言帝国主义。第四部分把语言、社会与文化的关系放置于新的时代背景下，讨论语言在网络环境下的最新发展。每个单元都设置了与本单元内容相关的语言练习，做到内容知识与语言技能的协同发展。 ● 设计形式多样的课堂、课后活动与练习 教材在保证语言、社会与文化相关知识体系完整的前提下，设计多样的语言输入和输出内容以及多样化的教学活动，培养学生对相关内容知识的掌握以及对语言现象进行分析的能力。教材的每一单元都精心设计了词汇、篇章结构、写作以及翻译等各项技能的口笔语练习，还设计了与单元内容高度相关的课外活动。这些活动的设置使得课堂教学延伸到课外，课堂所学与社会生活达成关联，能够极大的激发学生的学习热情，是内容与语言融合的教育理念的最好体现。

孙鑫，大连外国语大学英语学院教授，辽宁省教学名师，校级教学名师，硕士研究生导师。上海交通大学外国语言学及应用语言学专业博士，广东外语外贸大学外国语言学及应用语言学研究中心博士后，英国剑桥大学语言学系访问学者。主要从事二语习得、外语教学的研究。在CSSCI核心期刊上发表学术论文10余篇，出版学术专著1部，多项科研成果荣获辽宁省、大连市及校级学术成果奖。主持省级及校级科研立项若干。任中国教育语言学学会理事、第二语言加工专业委员会理事、东亚社会文化理论研究联盟成员。黄洁芳，大连外国语大学英语学院副教授。陈婧，大连外国语大学高级翻译学院副教授。王俊波，大连外国语大学英语学院讲师。总主编常俊跃，大连外国语大学副校长、教授。
