罗良功，文学博士，华中师范大学外国语学院院长、教授、博士研究生导师，兼任教育部高等学校英语教学指导委员会委员、全国美国文学研究会常务理事、中国英语教学研究会常务理事、中国外国文学学会理事，担任《外国语文研究》主编、《外国文学研究》副主编。主要研究英语文学、外语教育等，发表学术论文80余篇，出版各类著作近20部；主持或完成国家社科基金课题、国家社科重大项目子课题、教育部人文社科课题多项。
