酒店服务与管理实训英语

辽宁经济职业技术学院英语专业教授、硕士，副主任，秘书英语国家二级双师和培训师，长期从事英语教学和一线实训及服务二十几年，有丰富的教学及服务管理经验；指导多届职业院校技能大赛，并取得优异成绩。累；主编《酒店英语》《新编旅游英语教程》《秘书英语》主持并参与国家级、省级及市级课题二十几个个；荣获省级优秀科研成果十四项。
