心理学专业英语(新编21世纪心理学系列教材)

本书从心理学专业学生 已有的知识背景出发，以 普通心理学的基本体系为 线索组织内容，全书分为 12章，包括心理科学、神 经科学与行为、知觉与意 识、睡眠与梦、学习与记 忆、认知过程与语言、情 绪与动机、自我与人格、 毕生发展、异常心理与治 疗、社会心理学和决策与 判断等。在简单介绍专业 背景知识的基础上，选择 心理学的主要分支领域的 经典文章和前沿进展论文 的片段，通过对重点词句 的解释和说明，帮助学生 熟悉、理解并掌握专业术 语及相关表达，为学生阅 读专业文献奠定基础。为 了促进学生对核心知识的 掌握，提高专业英语的学 习效果，本书设计了丰富 的、有针对性的小栏目， 如“关键问题”“导言”“编者 按”“术语”“疑难句”“练习题” “小测验”及“学习资源”等。 本书可以作为心理学专 业英语课程的教材，也可 以作为心理学专业学生、 相关专业以及跨专业学生 了解心理学的工具书。

苏彦捷，北京大学心理学系教授、博士生导师，并任北京大学元培学院副院长。 心理学教学指导委员会秘书长、中国心理学会常务理事、北京心理学会副理事长兼秘书长。主要讲授发展心理学、神经解剖、比较心理学和环境心理学等本科生课程以及发展心理学专题和比较心理学专题等研究生课程。研究兴趣主要集中在心理能力的演化和发展，特别是心理理论的发生和发展以及社会行为和智力的演化上。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目和北京市自然科学基金项目、教育科学规划 重点项目、 人文社会科学规划项目等。已经在包括《发展心理学》（Developmental Psychology）、《国际行为发展杂志》（International Journal of Behaver Development）、《性别角色》（Sex Roles）、《美国灵长类学杂志》（American Journal of Primatology）以及《心理学报》《心理科学》和《心理发展与教育》等中外学术期刊上发表论文200余篇，并主编（译）和参与编写（译）了多本发展心理学和生物心理学等心理学教材和著作。曾获“北京市优秀青年教师”“宝钢教育基金会优秀教师”称号和北京大学教学成果奖等。
