本报告共分三章：第一 章结合中非经贸关系实际 情况、中非之间出现的各 类案件以及中非在推动国 际经贸规则改革中的作用 ，分析了中非双边法制合 作的重要性；第二章考察 了中非之间双边法制合作 的现状，并结合中非现有 双边条约的具体规定，探 讨了中非双边法制合作存 在的问题；第三章针对中 非双边法制合作目前存在 的问题，就如何完善中非 双边法制合作提出有针对 性的建议，以期在将来为 中非经贸关系的发展营造 一个全面、综合、立体的 法治环境。

王婷，女，海南省海口市人，2014年和2017年先后在北京工商大学获得文学学士学位和法学硕士学位，目前在中国社会科学院研究生院攻读法学博士学位。王婷的主要研究方向是非洲法、非洲国际关系，已在《现代管理科学》《国际商报》和Cambridge Journal of Chinese Study等国内外报刊发表中英文论文、译文、时评短文数篇，另有论文和译文拟被《西亚非洲》《非洲法评论》和《国际法与比较法论丛》采用，参与中国非洲研究院中非联合项目课题（“中非经贸关系可持续发展的法律保障研究”）和国家社科基金研究专项课题（“非洲本土化立法研究”）两项。
