国际商法(第4版双语版21世纪法学规划教材)/双语系列

本书被列为“国家双语示范课程”教材，本次为四版修订，主要修订内容包括：增补新法律，增加案例，重新改写了合伙企业法、公司法、中外盒合资企业法等内容，删除书中过时及不合适内容。全书讲述国际商事交往中的诸多法律制度，包括国际货物买卖合同法、海上货物运输及保险法、国际贸易支付法、合伙法、公司法、外商投资法、知识产权法、WTO法、代理法、国际商事争端解决等。注重概念和制度的讲解，注重结合中国法律的相关规定。本教材可一书二用，既适合读者学习国际商法，也适合读者学习法律英语

姜作利，男，生于1956年2月，山东蓬莱人，山东大学法学院教授，法学博士，博士研究生导师。任联合国国际贸易法委员会（UNCITRAL）专家、WTO争端解决机构专家小组（Panel）专家、世界知识产权组织（WIPO）专家、 双语示范课程专家、司法部项目评审专家、山东省调解委员会调解员及山东济南市国际贸易法学会副会长等。意大利罗马大学法学院访问学者（1995~1998年），巴斯大学访问学者（2004~2005年）。曾多次应联合国、WTO总部、世界知识产权组织邀请参会和演讲。曾赴美国、英国、加拿大、瑞典、瑞士、意大利、荷兰、奥地利、前南斯拉夫、日本及韩国等国家的高校参会和讲学。精通英语、意大利语、法语、拉丁语等多门外语，使用英语讲授国际商法近30年，承担 的双语示范课程，积累了较丰富的使用英语讲授法律的经验。在（Journal of International Economic Law, Oxford University Press）、（Tsinghua China Law Review）、（China and WTO Law Review）、《现代法学》、《当代法学》、《比较法研究》、《政治与法律》、《法学论坛》、《国际经济法学刊》及《国际贸易问题》等刊物发表中英文论文近百篇。出版著作和教材多部。主持完成国家社科、 、司法部、山东社科及山东大学等重大及一般科研项目多项。
