随着经济的全球化发展,供应链结构变得日益复 杂,协同供应链管理已成为企业满足顾客需求、降低 成本的重要策略之一,这种变化使得学者和行业从业 者在过去二十年中越来越关注于多级库存管理问题。 李鹏著的《基于GSA方法的多级库存优化问题研究》系 统研究了存在订货成本的多级库存系统优化问题,由 于订货成本的存在,使得传统的供应链结构优化变得 异常复杂。服务水平保证法(Guaranteed Service Approach,GSA)作为多级库存优化的重要方法之一, 已形成了较为成熟的理论框架,然而由于其在设置系 统安全库存时,没有考虑系统的柔性成本,极大限制 了这种方法的应用领域。本书针对带有订货成本和柔 性成本的三类复杂多级库存系统——串行系统、装配 型系统以及分配型系统,提出拓展的GSA库存控制模型 ,以寻求最优的库存控制策略,并提出改进的动态规 划算法对模型进行求解。
