王贵国，教授，1984年自美国耶鲁大学法学院毕业，师从当代国际法大师Midlael Reisman教授，获法哲学博士(J.S.D.)学位。1991—2015年任教于香港城市大学，为中国法与比较法讲座教授，并先后任中国法与比较法中心主任、法学院院长等职。2014年入选国家“千人计划”，2015年获聘浙江大学文科资深教授。
王教授主要集中于国际经济法的教学与研究，出版中英文专著二十余部，论文百余篇。2010年获颁国际比较法科学院(IACL)名誉院士头衔并任香港委员会主席，系中国首位获得这一头衔的学者。王教授系Joumaf of International & Comparative Law主编，多家著名期刊副主编或编委，并在国内外多个重要学术组织兼职，如中国国际经济法学会副会长、香港WTO研究中心主席、英国Butterworths出版社国家顾问等。
王教授早年于中国外交部条法司工作，曾任教于北京大学法律系；为联合国培训研究所(UNITAR)奖学金的首位中国获得者，后曾数次为UNITAR高级培训项目授课。王教授还先后兼任香港申诉专员公署顾问、香港入境事务裁审处裁审员、香港电讯（竞争条文）上诉委员会委员，以及中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、香港国际仲裁中心、韩国商事仲裁理事会等机构的仲裁员。自2013年起任第十二届全国政协委员，并任杭州国际仲裁院院长、“一带一路”国际研究院院长等社会公职。
