跨文化交际中的人际关系管理/外教社跨文化交际丛书

《跨文化交际中的人际关系管理》一书从“礼貌理论”为出发点，提出 了一个分析言语交际中关系管理的理论框架，并应用相关学科的研究成果， 采用跨学科的视角，对言语行为中的关系管理问题进行了文化对比研究，对 跨文化交际中的言语行为进行了语篇分析。全书在理论探讨、实证研究和研 究方法三个层面上探讨了如何使用语言来促进、维护或威胁和谐的社会关系 这一主题。本书主编Helen Spencer-Oatey博士是关系管理理论研究和文化 对交际影响研究的著名专家，目前在英国卢顿大学担任跨文化交际硕士项目 的课程主管和英格兰高教拨款委员会e-China的项目经理。
