物流英语(第3版物流管理专业高等院校国家技能型紧缺人才培养工程规划教材)

周宁主编的《物流英语（第3版）》是为了适应 高等院校物流管理专业英语教学的需要，根据 发布的高等院校物流管理专业学生培养目标和要求而 编写的。全书共9章，包括物流管理综述、运输、仓 储、库存控制、包装、物流信息、集装箱物流、物流 单证和现代物流专题。每章均有两篇难度、长度适中 的精读课文，并附词组和单词解释、长句注释和全文 译文作为学习的辅助材料。此外，课后的复习题旨在 考查学生对课文要点的理解程度，而知识链接和前沿 话题部分可供学有余力的学生进一步提高阅读能力和 拓展知识面。 在提高阅读能力、增加专业词汇积累的同时，本 书还着力于学生口语能力的锻炼。书中针对每章的主 题设计了小组讨论和课堂辩论的题目，以鼓励学生运 用学到的专业英语知识来阐述自己的观点，提高口语 表达能力。 为了使学生接触到最真实的物流行业专业用语， 本书课文多节选自国外时新的教材和资料，在最大程 度保持其原貌的基础上根据高职高专及应用型本科学 生的语言能力进行简化，并在课文中加入丰富的图表 ，是一本实用性、趣味性并重的教材。第3版在第2版 基础上进行了修订和更新，保证了教材的与时俱进。

周宁，女，毕业于澳大利亚悉尼大学国际经济学院，获国际商务（物流方向）硕士学位。现任教于广东外语外贸大学国际工商管理学院物流系，兼任中国物流与采购联合会物流师职业资格认证培训师。曾编写过《供应链管理教程》、《物流战略与规划》《全球供应链管理》等教材。
