社会网络分析视域下的跨文化适应理论重构(英文版)

迟若冰著的《社会网络分析视域下的跨文化适应 理论重构（英文版）》以社会网络分析为视角，首先 对跨文化适应的相关经典理论进行系统评述，指出现 有理论采用的二元四分式类型认知在解读和测量多种 文化融合现象时的种种局限。在此基础上，通过全网 研究，对多元文化环境下跨文化关系的形成机制和表 征形态进行论证，揭示两者对个人、群体和社区三个 层面文化适应与融合产生的影响，从而提出重构跨文 化适应理论的观点。

迟若冰，美国夏威夷大学和东西方中心传播与信息科学博士，上海外国语大学跨文化研究中心专职研究员。着重研究跨文化传播能力与传播效果，多元文化背景下的人际与群际关系以及国际学生跨文化教育与适应等问题。研究成果发表于Intemational Journal of Intercultural Relations和Sclentometrics等国际学术期刊上。
